Our Initiation
Welcome to the initiation page. Here you will find information about the process of becoming a Freemason.
The Path to Becoming a Freemason
The journey to becoming a Freemason is a structured one, marked by a series of ceremonies known as degrees. These degrees are allegorical plays in which you are the main candidate, and they are designed to teach moral and ethical lessons.
- Entered Apprentice: This is the first degree, where you are “initiated” into the world of Freemasonry. You are introduced to the basic principles and symbolism of the fraternity.
4 - Fellowcraft: The second degree, where you are “passed” to a higher level of Masonic knowledge. You will delve deeper into the meanings behind more complex symbols and explore the philosophical aspects of Freemasonry.
4 - Master Mason: The third and final degree, where you are “raised” to the highest rank within the Blue Lodge. Upon completion, you are considered a full-fledged member of the fraternity.

These ceremonies are solemn and dignified, and are taken very seriously by Masons.
The symbolism used in Masonic rituals is rich and varied, often drawing from the tools of medieval stonemasons.
